I just read Double Identity by Margaret Peterson Haddix. You may remember Ms. Haddix's Shadow Children series. Double Identity is about a girl, Bethany, who is about to turn 13. Her parents drop her off one night at her aunt's house. The weird part is she never knew she even had an aunt. Bethany soon realizes there is a lot about her life that she does not know. The author is visiting RJ Julia Booksellerson Wed. September 9th. She will be promoting her new book, Sent, The Missing: Book 2. You can reserve a spot on the RJ website if you would like to meet her.
